Phillip Theodore is Kastle President and COO. Phil brings more than thirty years of experience in executive leadership, financial management, and strategic market positioning.
Most recently, Theodore was the President of the Product and Solutions Division of Resideo (NYSE: REZI), a $6B global provider of home comfort and security solutions. He is also the founder and former managing director of Ironhawk Advisory Group, a boutique investment advisory service firm specializing in working with investors of businesses to help identify and create shareholder value. Over his career, Theodore has had a successful track record as an owner, operator, investor, and board member of multiple private equity backed companies in various industries including technology enabled service businesses.
