Josh Evans is the Chief Partnership Officer of Kastle. Josh has a stellar track record of leadership and transformation in both commercial real estate and technology. Most recently, Josh served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer at VTS, the industry’s leading leasing and asset management platform, where he helped scale the organization and drive adoption among some of the most prominent names in real estate, including CBRE, Brookfield, Tishman Speyer, and Paramount. Under his leadership, the VTS platform grew to manage over 12 billion square feet of property with a user base exceeding 28,000.
Josh is a graduate of Emory University. Before VTS, Josh held senior leadership roles at companies including Internet Brands and Velocify, where he built high-performing teams, fostered strategic partnerships, and achieved significant operational and revenue milestones leading to the Internet Brands IPO and the Velocify sale to Ellie Mae.
