Lindsay McLain is the Chief Marketing Officer of Kastle. She leads the national marketing team tasked with continued evolution of Kastle’s brand, enhanced growth of the sales pipeline, and all ongoing Kastle marketing communications to the industry and the world.
Lindsay is a proven marketing leader with an extensive background in the physical security and property technology industries, with extensive expertise in marketing integrated video and access-control solutions. She has scaled teams from startup to enterprise and transformed fragmented portfolios into unified market leaders.
Before joining Kastle, Lindsay spent over four years at Motorola Solutions as Senior Director of Global Marketing for the company’s video security and access-control portfolio, establishing the Avigilon solution as Motorola’s most significant growth engine.
Prior to that, Lindsay led Marketing at Openpath, the cloud-based mobile access-control start-up acquired by Motorola, overseeing their growth from initial brand launch through their acquisition. There, she helped define the brand, scale the team, and position Openpath as a category leader.
Beyond her security industry background, Lindsay brings strong strategic clarity, disciplined execution, and a thoughtful approach to building impactful marketing organizations from consumer food and beverage to SaaS computing. She also has a strong analytical background, having served in an analyst role with a key federal agency.
Lindsay holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
