The challenge
At one of its large industrial parks, which includes self-storage and RV storage, A Street Partners faced a string of costly break-ins, totaling more than $110,000 in damages between 2020 and 2021.
A roving guard was already patrolling the property, but criminals kept finding gaps in that coverage, driving up tenant frustration and putting the property’s business at risk. Staffing a full-time, on-site security guard would have closed those gaps, but it wasn’t financially realistic. A Street Partners needed something proactive and cost-effective instead.
The solution
