Liberty Center: The Shoohan Company

THE SITUATION
In the heart of the Ballston submarket of Arlington County sits Liberty Center—a mixed-used development with 510,000 square feet of office space and 530,000 square feet of residential space. The buildings were developed between 2004 and 2008 by The Shooshan Company, and include Arlington Square; One Liberty Center; Two Liberty Center; The Residence at Liberty Center and Liberty Tower.

THE SOLUTION
These four buildings use Kastle Systems for video surveillance and to secure perimeters; garages; elevators and tenant suites. Some notable tenants of Liberty Center who carry Kastle cards are BAE Systems; The Office of Naval Research; and Westwood College.

THE RESULT
Westwood College currently utilizes Kastle Systems across their educational facilities nationwide, for one-card global access. With a single card, Westwood College personnel can enter authorized doors, floors or facilities across the country.
