D.C. Building Wins Regional TOBY

The Apartment and Office Building Association of Metropolitan Washington (AOBA) is pleased to announce that the 2011 Grand TOBY winner, 1625 Eye Street/Brookfield Office Properties has earned a Regional TOBY Award for the BOMA Mid-Atlantic Region. One of the real estate industry’s most prestigious annual awards, the TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) program recognizes excellence in office building management, operational efficiency and community impact. AOBA extends congratulations to Jackie Duke, Katrina James, and the team at 1625 Eye Street, for achieving this Regional TOBY Award in the “250,000-499,999” square foot category. This winning entrant will now move forward to the International level of competition. “We are very proud of the team at 1625 Eye Street for all of their hard work in preparing for this prestigious award.
