PORTFOLIO MANAGER

 

Description:

 

The Portfolio Managers are responsible for the oversight of all activities performed by team representatives and ensuring the appropriate account management of their assigned accounts. 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Personnel:

 

-     Interviewing and hiring new Account Managers.

 

-     Training new employees.

 

-     Conducting annual performance evaluations and salary reviews for all Customer Service employees and maintaining employee records.

 

-     Managing staffing so that excellent service is provided at all times.

 

-     Enforcing performance and behavioral standards and exercising disciplinary action when needed.

 

Financial:

 

-     Oversight of Team outstanding AR.

 

-     Coordinating effort to collect information on returned mail.

 

Administrative:

 

-     Updating and maintaining standard letters and proposal guide.

 

-     Preparing and reviewing monthly report for management visit and tours.

 

-     Reviewing proposals, correspondence and billing adjustments for accuracy.

 

-     Preparing agenda for monthly team meetings to include team performance feedback.


 

-     Supervising the internal work order system for proper routing, filing, and subsequent billing of all scheduled work.

     

-     Providing information and feedback to other departments so that the customers are best served.

 

Other

 

-     Examining weekly installation schedule.

 

-     Implementing and supervising departmental and interdepartmental improvement projects.

 

-     Attending meetings/briefings with Account Managers as needed.

 

-     Special projects and duties as assigned.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

-     College degree, comparable professional, or previous Kastle experience.

 

-     Excellent writing and verbal skills.

 

-     Clear speaking voice and excellent telephone manner.

 

-     Excellent organizational skills

 

-     Desire to provide excellent customer assistance.

 

-     Ability to conduct training sessions, gives oral presentations, and interfaces and communicates with customers and co‑workers in a clear and professional manner.

 

-     Good typing skills and capable of operating a standard computer terminal and keyboard.

 

-     Available to work overtime and during non‑business hours as needed.

 

-     Ability to work well under pressure.

 

-     Neat, professional appearance.

 

-     Ability to perform complete physical survey of client premises such as construction sites, parking garages, stairwells, and roofs.

 

-          Must possess a valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and a car.

 

-     Must be at least 18 years of age.
