Web Link
Web Link permits authorized persons to perform card administration,
order cards, display activity and authorize visitors via Kastle’s secure website 24/7.
Web Link provides convenience and efficiency, while improving timeliness and enhancing data integrity.
Image Link
Image Link is positive photographic identification of a Kastle cardholder by means of (a) a digital image that appears on an on-site terminal
when a Kastle card is used at an Image Link reader, (b) an image imprinted on a Kastle card or (c) the combination of both.
Through increased accountability, Image Link improves
the integrity of an access control system.
Elevator Link
Elevator Link is a card reader control system for elevators. From basic
access control to floor control
systems with unlimited combinations of restricted floors and secure times.
Elevator Link satisfies a
full range of operational needs. A cardholder uses a proximity reader to
access the necessary elevator
or floor. A visitor to the building uses the hotline telephone in the
elevator to reach a Kastle operator,
who views information and customized instructions from the Kastle-maintained
database to process
the visitor through the elevator system.
HVAC Link
HVAC Link is a convenient means for an authorized Kastle cardholder
to turn on the after-hours
air conditioning remotely by using a telephone keypad to enter the
authorized Kastle card number.
HVAC Link provides a comfortable environment when the cardholder
arrives at the office and an
accurate, overtime usage report from Kastle’s central database for
building management’s use.
HR Link
HR Link is a substitute for some human resources databases.
Through Web Link, the tenant, for no extra charge, may use up to 40 of Kastle’s 45 available
card database fields to store associated human resources data such as telephone numbers,
license plate numbers, hire and review dates, or departmental information.
HR Link can also be a connection between Kastle’s central database and a company’s human resource database.
With a single entry, relevant data is recorded in both locations – improving accuracy, efficiency and productivity.
Tenant Link
Tenant Link is an intrusion detection system that provides
security at the tenant’s suite. The foundation of the Tenant Link suite security system
is a group of sensors installed at all perimeter entrances to the tenant’s suite and an
audible alarm sounder in the elevator lobby for local signaling of intrusion.
A Tenant Link system controlled by a proximity reader provides the greatest accountability,
flexibility and convenience, and may be integrated with a building’s Entry Link system to
allow one card access to both building and tenant space.
To enter controlled space, a cardholder presents a card at the associated reader. Authorized
cards will unlock the controlled door and grant alarm-free access.
Tenant Link solves the problems associated with knowing who is first to arrive in the morning
and last to leave in the evening, and provides seamless integration with cleaning crews.
Anywhere Link
Anywhere Link is the
ability for authorized Kastle cardholders to use a single card in readers in
multiple locations anywhere in the United States and Australia. Persons
traveling between buildings and cities need carry only one Kastle card for
convenient access to all facilities.
Global Link
Global Link is the unique menu of tools that integrates multiple building and
tenant services through a single database, accessible with a single card.
One database drives all applications.
One card links them all to that
database.
One source - Kastle Systems – the only
source that can provide all of the applications with one card, one database.
Emergency Link
Emergency Link enables buildings to lock down immediately, restricting
building access for visitors
and/or cardholders during emergencies or escalations in Homeland Security
levels.
Building
management can lock down onsite or by contacting Kastle to lock down
remotely. For status
information, tenants are directed via e-mail to Kastle’s web site, where
property managers
can post updates.
Monitor Link
Monitor Link is 24-hour central station monitoring of alarms from fire, life
safety and other critical
mechanical systems.
Monitored conditions may include temperature, smoke,
heat, flood, water and
airflow, as well as equipment failure. Monitor Link eliminates the need for
on-site monitoring of
mechanical systems and functions.
Monitor Link may also include a
push-button activated duress
notification system. Useful in cash management areas, parking facilities,
health clubs and isolated
areas, Monitor Link systems summon emergency assistance.
Directory Link
Directory Link is a touchscreen building lobby directory system integrated
with Kastle’s central
database.
As tenants are added to or deleted from the building’s access
control database, the lobby
directory system is updated automatically to reflect the most current and
accurate information on
the building’s occupants.
The inefficiencies of maintaining a separate
database and updating standalone
directories are eliminated.
Visitor Link
Visitor Link is a connection between an on-site terminal and the Kastle
central database. It permits
on-site security staff to process visitors by viewing information and
customized instructions maintained
in the Kastle central database.
The same on-site terminal can operate in
conjunction with Image Link
and provide pictures even while it is in the Visitor Link mode.
Entry Link
Entry Link controls access to an office building. Through a combination of
readers, electric locks
and hotline telephones, all access points are controlled and monitored
simultaneously from Kastle’s
remote operations center.
Tenants use an entry reader to unlock the building
door and gain access.
Couriers, delivery services, contractors and other building visitors use the
hotline telephone to reach
the Kastle operator, who views information and customized instructions from
the Kastle-maintained
database to process their admittance.
Entry Link meets management, tenant
and visitor needs
without requiring an on-site presence, but can also integrate seamlessly
with an on-site security guard,
allowing greater flexibility, responsiveness and range of movement
throughout the building.
Audio Link
Audio Link is the ability for building owners and managers to retrieve and
play back the digitally
recorded calls to Kastle’s remote operations center from hotline and
emergency phones.
Convenient,
direct access to transactions between persons at the building and the Kastle
operator is available
for the preceding 30 day period.
Video Link
Video Link allows digital recording, storage
and retrieval of on-site video security cameras through the Kastle website.
This eliminates the necessity for on-site video recording and monitoring
equipment.
Parking Link
Parking Link controls vehicle access to and from a parking facility.
Kastle’s Parking Link offers the
ease of single card access to the building and its contract parking area.
Multiple authorization levels
make contract parking easier to administer. Visitors may be admitted via
hotline telephones to Kastle’s
remote operations center or an on-site parking administrator’s office.
Check-In Link
Check-In Link is an Internet-based employee status board. Check-In Link provides
company-wide access to information on a cardholder’s whereabouts and improves efficiency and
coordination within the organization.
Certain readers are designated as IN or OUT; use of these
readers when entering or exiting the office cause listed employees to be checked IN or OUT on the
computerized status board. Users may also check IN or OUT manually or enter information directly on the Check-In Link.
