“Visitor Link” Debuts As Industry’s Most Advanced Lobby Management System

CULVER CITY, CA – February 9, 2006 – Kastle Systems, the established leader in building and office security systems, has developed Visitor Link, a unique, web-based visitor processing and lobby management system that streamlines lobby and entrance security, preventing the long lines and delays often associated with security registration.

With the web-based Visitor Link system, tenants and building managers can pre-authorize guests by registering them on a centralized database via the Internet. Visitors can check in at a self-service kiosk or, alternatively, at the guards’ terminal. The system registers and verifies the pre-authorized visitor by scanning a driver’s license or credit card, then instantly prints an identification badge for the guest. The ID badge can interface with building access controls to unlock turnstiles, doors and elevators.
