KASTLE SYSTEMS
ACCOUNT MANAGER,
CLIENT SERVICES
The Account Manager is Kastle's
representative to the customer. As such, the Account Manager is responsible for
providing thorough and professional services that enable the system to meet the
customers' expectations. The Account Manager is also responsible for organizing,
coordinating and maintaining the internal activities of his or her team.
Customer Contact
- Develop and maintain an
excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication.
- Invite clients to tour Kastle's
facilities at regularly scheduled intervals
- Contact clients via telephone
and by visiting their offices on a regular basis.
- Solicit feedback regarding the
operational effectiveness of products and services.
System Design
- Initiate and conduct security
system consultations.
- Evaluate the customers’
security needs and generate proposals for systems to meet those needs.
- Coordinate system installation
with the customer and the appropriate Kastle departments.
Troubleshooting
- Provide thorough assistance in
response to customer problems or questions.
- Coordinate in-house personnel
as necessary to resolve problems.
- Follow up on Service work
orders.
- Develop and implement permanent
solutions.
- Provide a complete response to
the customer regarding problem resolution.
- Generate and analyze security
reports for the customer.
Administrative
- Process card and insert-key
orders and maintain the card/key inventory.
- Maintain an accurate customer
database.
- Review work orders for accuracy
and proper completion.
- Identify and process billable
work.
- Provide invoicing information
to customers.
- Provide departmental and team
support.
- Special projects and duties as
assigned.
| Qualifications and Essential Skills: |
- College degree, comparable
professional or previous Kastle experience.
- Ability to write, read, and
speaks English clearly.
- Excellent writing and verbal
skills.
- Excellent telephone manner and
the ability to use a multi-line handset telephone.
- Excellent organizational
skills.
- Desire to provide excellent
customer assistance.
- Ability to interface and
communicate with customers and co-workers in a clear and professional
manner.
- Good typing skills and capable
of operating a standard computer terminal and keyboard.
- Available to work overtime and
during non-business hours as needed.
- Ability to work well under
pressure.
- Neat professional appearance.
- Ability to perform complete
physical survey of client premises such as construction sites, parking
garages, stairwells, and roofs.
- Ability to climb a two-story
staircase to access 2nd level offices frequently during the course of the
workday.
- No history of criminal
convictions.
