Piyush Sodha
is Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kastle Systems International has
served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cibernet Corporation,
which merged into MACH in April 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Sodha had served as the
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Matrics, Inc., which was a leading
provider of RFID technology solutions and infrastructure products.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Sodha had served as Chief
Executive Officers of WirelessHome, NextLinx Corp and LCC International, a
Nasdaq listed provider of integrated network design, implementation and
optimization solutions for wireless voice and data communication networks which
went public under his leadership in 1995. Mr. Sodha is currently, on the Board
of Directors of Capital Acquisition Group, MACH and Vision Chain.
Mr. Sodha received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical
Engineering from India Institute of Technology in New Delhi, India, a Master of
Science in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and an M.B.A. from
Wharton Business School.
Bill Chatterton
is Chief Financial Officer of Kastle Systems International and a member of its
Executive Committee. He was previously Chief Financial Officer and a member of
the Board of Directors of HandySoft Global Corp., responsible for accounting and
finance, as well as investor relations, sales operations, legal, human resources
and information systems. Prior to Handysoft, Bill served as the Treasurer of
MicroStrategy Incorporated, where he was a member of the senior financial team
responsible for restructuring the company to achieve profitability. He also held
positions at Phillips International, Inc. and The Fairchild Corporation.
Bill
received an MBA degree in Corporate Finance from The American University and a
B.S. degree in Finance from Elizabethtown College.
Brian Eckert
is Executive Vice President, Chief of Marketing of Kastle Systems. He is
responsible for Kastle’s pursuit of market leadership and establishing Kastle as
the premier Security Services Brand. Pricing, Product Management, Marketing
Communications and Materials, and Channel Partnering fall under his purview.
Brian brings over 15 years of
management experience in the sales, marketing, operations, and business
development fields. Most recently, as Vice President, Sales and Marketing with
Object Video, Brian was responsible for sales and channel management, product
management and corporate marketing. From 2001 to 2004, Brian served as Executive
Vice President of Business Development for Dimension Data North America and as
Global Head of Marketing for Dimension Data, a $2B+ IT services and solution
provider in 30 countries. While in this position, he led and managed the
development of business practices, programs and services. He also oversaw
solution teams and engineering sales operations and was responsible for
corporate brand and marketing strategies. Prior to Dimension Data, Brian served
as the Vice President of Global Marketing for Proxicom, where he led the company
through its marketing infancy, from 50 employees in 1996 to a global e-business
leader serving the Fortune 500 by 2001 with more than 1000 employees. He was
responsible for establishing the brand and led all marketing efforts from taking
the company public through its sale.
Brian obtained his business degree at
the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.
Mohammad Soleimani
is Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, responsible for all
aspects of Kastle’s development and IT efforts.
Most recently, Mohammad served as
Chairman of the Board for SoleNet, Inc., an engineering services company focused
on developing state of the art communications equipment. From 2006 to 2007,
Mohammad served as Vice President Engineering for RFID at Motorola, Inc. His
responsibilities included advanced development and architectural design of
Radio-frequency identification (RFID) equipment. While in this position, he led
a team of about 40 SW and HW engineers. From 2004 to 2006, Mohammad served as
Vice President of Engineering at Matrics, Inc/Symbol Technologies, where he was
responsible for SW and HW development of RFID readers. Before joining Matrics,
Inc/Symbol Technologies, Mohammad founded Sole Net, Inc. in 2001 and co-founded
BitCom, Inc. in 1998. Mohammad also spent fifteen years as Senior Director for
Hughes Network Systems (HNS), where he obtained tremendous leadership
experience. He first served as Co-lead System Engineer for Thuraya, a mobile
satellite voice and data communication system based in the UAE. He later became
the Lead Systems Engineer for ICO, a Medium Earth Orbit (MEO) mobile satellite
system for voice and data communication. He also became Lead Engineer for the
first phase of DirecTV receivers.
Mohammad obtained his Bachelor of
Science in Electrical Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology
Chris
Tully, Executive Vice-President and Chief Sales Officer, oversees
Kastle’s World-wide Sales including National Accounts, and New Sales/System
Addition Sales in each region.
Chris has more than twenty-five
years of experience leading sales and customer service organizations with some
of the premier companies in the technology industry. He recently served as Senior
Vice President of Sales & Customer Service at CoStar Realty Group, a provider of
information/marketing services to the commercial real estate industry. While in this
position, Chris led significant growth in CoStar’s sales organization and increased
annual revenues from $104M to $193M; his strong understanding of the sales process
and relationships in the commercial real estate community played a vital role in
this success. Prior to joining CoStar, he was Group Vice President of Sales for
GTSI, where he led over 200 inside sales representatives, field-based account
executives and enterprise consultants in delivering approximately $1 billion in
revenue. Before joining GTSI, Chris was Director of Sales for the Preferred
Accounts Division at Dell Computer Corp., where he was responsible for the
organizational leadership and direction of over 200 salespeople and sales managers.
Chris also spent almost three years as Director of Sales in Dell's Business Systems
Division, where he was responsible for the performance of approximately 400
salespeople. In addition, Chris previously served as Vice President-Worldwide
Digital Office Marketing at Xerox Corp., where he worked for 16 years in sales and
marketing.
Chris obtained his Bachelor of
Arts in English and graduated with honors from Georgetown University in
Washington, DC.
George Ballman
is General Manager of Kastle Systems LLC for the MidAtlantic Region. Based in
Arlington, Virginia, he is responsible for regional operations and sales
development.
Previously, George was Senior Vice
President for Strategic Development, responsible for developing strategic
partnerships and driving Kastle’s growth nationwide. Before joining Kastle,
George was Senior Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Citigroup, where he
led a team responsible for analyzing industry trends, creating strategic courses
of action, and developing and maximizing partnerships. Prior to Citigroup,
George worked at America Online, guiding groups to bring new products and
services to market and negotiating strategic partnerships. He also spent several
years in the public sector prosecuting as an Assistant State's Attorney.
George
received degrees from the University of Richmond, Georgetown Law, and The
Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Ramona Brady
is the General Manager of Kastle Systems of Texas LLC, for the Southern Region,
where she is responsible for business growth and long term customer
satisfaction. Based in Houston, Texas, she is also responsible for operations in
the Dallas, Texas office.
Ramona began her Kastle career in the
Arlington, Virginia, office and has served in a variety of roles, including
Director of Call Center Operations. Prior to joining Kastle, she was a founding
member of a uniformed guard service that provides physical security to more than
200 government buildings in the Metropolitan DC area.
Ramona received a B.A. in Justice
from The American University and will receive an M.B.A. from The Red McCombs
School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin in July 2009.
Sean Brown
is the General Manager for Kastle New York LLC, the Northeast Region, where he
is responsible for sales and operations.
Prior to joining Kastle Systems in
2000, he was with Winstar, serving in a business development role for the
national real estate service companies. Previously, Sean was an Asset Manager in
which he managed an East Coast Class ‘A’ office portfolio with Schroder Real
Estate, a national real estate pension advisor. Prior to Schroder, he was with
Grubb & Ellis as District Manager for New England, where he was responsible for
growing and operating the real estate business of brokerage, property and
facilities management.
He received his BS from the College
of Business Administration at Fordham University in New York City.
Walter Chase
is General Manager of Kastle Chicago LLC for the Midwest region, responsible for
operations and development.
Walter has been with Kastle for just
over two years. Prior to joining Kastle, he was Vice President of Product
Support at Ibbotson Associates responsible for operations and support of their
institutional and retail financial software applications and underlying data.
Walter received a Bachelor of Arts
degree in International Relations from Lake Forest College and a Master’s degree
in Business Administration with honors from Lake Forest Graduate School of
Management.
Robert E. Kieffer
is General Manager of Kastle Philadelphia Joint Venture for the Philadelphia
Region. He is responsible for all regional operations and development.
Joining Kastle Systems in Arlington,
Virginia in 1976, Bob served as a Central Station Monitor, Central Station
Manager, and Franchise Support Manager. He directed installation of a large
security system for Texas Instruments world headquarters, comprised of over 60
locations in the Dallas area. In 1989, he joined Kastle Systems in Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania as General Manager.
Bob Graduated from the United States
Capitol Page School, Washington, D.C. and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Business Administration with a concentration in Economics from George Washington
University in Washington, D.C.
Ted Low
is General Manager of Kastle Systems of Los Angeles PSP for the Western Region.
Based in Los Angeles, California, he is responsible for regional operations and
sales development.
Prior to joining Kastle, Mr. Low was
part of the senior management team that grew the Stanley Security Solutions
business from $120 million in 2001 to $850 million by the end of 2005. He has
also worked with the Los Angeles-based Western Real Estate Division of Winstar
Communications, and was Western Regional Vice President and General Manager for
the Modular Space business, a division of GE Capital at the General Electric
Corporation.
Ted received a B.S. degree from Eckerd College.
David Parkinson
is General Manager and shareholder in the Kastle Systems Australia Partnership.
He is responsible for all facets of the operation, which is based in Sydney.
Dave has been with Kastle for
twenty-three years commencing as Control Room Supervisor when Kastle opened in
Sydney in 1985 and progressing through the various departments. He has grown the
business to 115 buildings on line and $4.2mil per annum and has been
instrumental in expanding the business to the Melbourne, Victoria and Brisbane,
Queensland markets.
Prior to joining Kastle, Dave was
with the New South Wales Police Department for fifteen years where he performed
General Uniform Duties before undertaking Criminal Investigation training and
moving into Plain Clothes Detective Duties. He served in various divisions
within the Sydney Metropolitan area investigating all classes of crime.
After completing his secondary
schooling Dave undertook Legal Studies through the Police Department culminating
in his Criminal Investigation training including Forensic and Arson
investigation when he moved to Detective Duties. Subsequent studies have been in
Customer Service and Frontline Management through the Australian Institute of
Management.
Dave is the Holder of the Master
License on behalf of Kastle Systems Australia and is a member of the Australian
Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL)
